Our Company
Barton Chapa Surveying (BCS) provides timely and responsive construction and engineering support services throughout North and Central Texas. We specialize in construction staking and engineering support surveying, along with a rich background in platting and land development support.

JACK BARTON
Jack is a founding member and Registered Professional Land Surveyor of Barton Chapa Surveying. He has worked in surveying and land development for nearly 15 years. Having served in various management and director positions with large surveying firms, he has demonstrated experience with project/personnel
management, business development, and growth-oriented leadership. While he specializes in commercial development projects, Jack has personally overseen several large residential development projects as well. With a close referral network of civil engineers, developers, architects, and general contractors, BCS can help coordinate an effective, responsive, and qualified project team for any development.
GREG CHAPA
Greg is a founding member of Barton Chapa Surveying. He brings a long and diverse history of commercial and residential survey experience to the DFW metroplex. Greg has served as department head of a multiple-location survey drafting team and has a well-rounded background in commercial, residential, education, and healthcare land development. Greg’s experience in survey management, marketing, and relationship management has helped BCS develop an industry-leading team of qualified survey staff. Additionally, his experience as an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) pilot ensures that BCS stays on the cutting edge of survey technology and methods.
